Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Combine:
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter & add to the crumble mixture. Spread 1/2 of this on bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

On top of this layer, add:
4 c. rhubarb. Sprinkle a 3 oz box of strawberry or raspberry jello over top of rhubarb.

Heat:
1 C. sugar
1 C. water
2 T. cornstarch
heat & stir till clear. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over rhubarb.

Add remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350º for about 35-40 minutes.
