1-2 cans of white chicken breast (or whole roasted chicken)
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
4 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (10.75 oz.) cans cream cheese of mushroom soup
2 c. egg noodles (cooked)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in slow cooker (remove skin and take meet of the bone if using a roasted chicken) along with the onions, celery, and carrots.
Stir in broth, mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3-4 hours (or low for 8-9 hours)

When soup is finished, stir in egg noodles. Season if needed and serve.
