3 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 cup powered sugar
1 stick of oleo
12 oz of cool whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 small chocolate instant pudding
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oleo, nuts together, spread in 9x13 baking dish. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 350º Take out, let cool.

Beat together cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the cool whip, spread over crust. (careful)

Beat milk and pudding together until thick. Spread on top of cheese mixture.

Spread the other half of cool whip on the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving, overnight if possible
