2/3 cup raw rice
1 lb hamburger
1 large onion
1 can cream of soup (personal preference, I use cream of chicken)
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 cans water (I use a titch more)
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
Bake at 375º, 1 1/2 hours.
Stir at about 1 hour.

Mom made this for many years... when all us kids were grown she made it one night and dad said, "I don't like this". She never made it again! My kids and I thoroughly enjoy it.
