1 lb Ground meat
1/3 C grated cheese
1 Egg
1/3 C seasoned bread crumbs
1 T oil
Salt and pepper
1 Can tomato sauce (12 oz)
1/2 C mushrooms
1/2 C peas
2/3 C chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, egg, grated cheese, salt and pepper, and bread crumbs. Roll into small balls (about the size of a quarter). Place in a large pan with oil and onions, brown. Drain the grease and add tomato sauce. When it comes to a boil lower heat and add the mushrooms and peas. Let simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy.
