3 lbs small red potatoes
kosher salt
1/4 cup buttermilk, milk or white wine
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 Tbs whole grain mustard
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
black pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red onion
l cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water until the potatoes are barley tender when pierced with a knife. Drain the potatoes. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonaise, buttermilk, dijon and whole mustard, dill, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. When the potatoes are cool, pour enough dressing over them to moisten. You may need to add more later. Add the celery, red onion, salt and pepper. Toss well, cover, and refrigerate.
