2 large boneless chicken breast
1/2 packet taco sauce mix
1/4 tbs. salt
12 finely chopped jalapeños
9x13 baking dish
1/2 jar of lime garlic picante sauce
6 corn tortillas
1/2 large can of authentic refried beans
1/2 jar of nacho cheese sauce
1 c. Colby jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast in taco sauce mix, with salt.
Shred/finely chop chicken with jalapeño slices.
Set aside.
In baking dish layer picante sauce, tortillas, refried beans, cheese sauce, 1/2 of shredded chicken/jalapeño mixture.

Repeat once.
Spray coating of cooking oil spray on a sheet of aluminum foil sized to cover the dish.
Tightly cover and bake at 325º for 1 hour.
Uncover and serve immediately.
