1/4 c finely chopped onion
6 Tbsp butter/marg.
3 Tbsp flour
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (opt Cheez Whiz)
1 1/2 lbs frozen or fresh broccoli (steamed lightly)
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 c saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute onions in 4 Tbsp butter. Stir in flour. Add water & stir til thick. Blend in cheese. Stir broccoli with beaten eggs then add to skillet.

Mix well & pour into deep buttered casserole. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp butter, add cracker crumbs & sprinkle on top.

Bake uncovered 30 min's @ 350º
