4 c. flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1t. salt
2 T. olive oil
1-1 1/4 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl,using enough of the water to make dough pliable,then turn onto a floured board and knead for 5 mins. or until smooth & elastic.Place in an oiled bowl,cover & leave in a warm place until dough is doubled(about 1 hour). Punch down dough, knead lightly and roll into balls the size of eggs. Flatten balls & then roll out into 3-4" rounds about 1/4 in. thick. Cover & let rise 40 more minutes. Place the rounds on grill over med. heat. Bake 5 mins. or until dough puffs up. Flip.Grill a little longer. Brush with olive oil & coarse salt.
