1 large round pumpernickel bread
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
2 T. minced onion
2 T. parsley
2 pkgs. dried beef (chopped or put in food processor)
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (Norton Ag. Spice section)

Mix last 7 ingredients and chill. Hollow out center of pumpernickel round bread and fill with dip. Buy a second loaf of pumpernickel and cut into bite-size pieces for the dip. Could also cut up French bread.
