2 cans diced tomatoes
2 c. tomato sauce
7 tsp. dry basil leaves
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 green onions
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. fat free evaporated milk
4 T. butter, divided
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in 2 T. butter. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Puree tomato mixture with basil and return to pot. Add tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Place pot over low heat. Stir in cream, evaporated milk, and remaining butter. Heat and stir till butter is melted. Do not boil.
