1 shot Midori liqueur
1 shot Malibu Rum
1 shot Blue Curacao
1 shot pina colada mix
Dash margarita mix (dry sweet and sour mix)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all in a blender with ice and process on highest speed until well-blended and ice is slushy.

2. Pour into tall clear glass and garnish with a pineapple chunk, an orange slice, an a maraschino cherry on a long pick. Serve immediately.

1995, and used to be on the Red Lobster menu. Karen and I got the recipe from the bartender at the O'Fallon, Illinois restaurant, Betty. Although it's not on their menu anymore, Betty still works there, and will special-make one if you ask.
