1 lb. ground beef (I use turkey sausage now)
1 can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
Fritos (can use corn chips)
chopped lettuce
chopped onions
chopped tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef (or turkey sausage), add the can of Old El Paso enchiladas sauce and let it simmer until it's thick.
On a large dinner plate layer:
Fritos
chopped lettuce
onions
tomatoes
meat sauce
cheese
sour cream
Dig in! The more you think about this, the more you have to have it.
