½ cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. baking soda
1 jar (3.5-oz.) macadamia nuts, chopped
1-cup vanilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to cream mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla chips. Drop by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire rack.
