½ cup butter
½ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
2 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tarter
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, shortening, 1 ½ cup sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt; shape dough by rounded tsp. into balls. Mix 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 400º for 8-10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
