2 C whole wheat flour
1 C. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together, pour into greased 8 X 4 bread pan, and bake at 375* for 50-60 min. Check with toothpick to be dry in the middle.

Great with soup, best when hot and fresh. Also tasty as leftovers toasted in bowl of hot milk.

Note: can be made with mix of white/wheat flours, Anita thinks less baking time is needed at high altitudes (45 minutes)
