15 oz. Raisin Bran (about 8 cups cereal)
5 C. flour (any combo, but I like 3 C. whole wheat, 2 C.white)
1 C. sugar
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs
1 C. unsweetened applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in very large bowl. Beat eggs, add in buttermilk and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients. Let stand in fridge for several hours, and up to 6 weeks, covered. Bake in muffin tins at 400* for 15 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.

Other add ins can be dried cranberries, well-drained crushed pineapple, or nuts.

It's great to have this on hand for any brunch. Also, baked up, they keep well in the freezer and make a great snack, heated in the microwave.
