8 chicken breasts, halved, skinless and boneless
8 slices cooked bacon
8 slices Monterey jack cheese
2 3-oz pkgs. dried beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken flat between two sheets of waxed paper. Place 3 slices of dried beef, 1 slice of cheese inside each chicken breast. Roll up breasts and wrap with 1 slice of bacon, secure with toothpicks. Place breasts in 9" x 13" baking dish and cover with soups and sour cream. Bake uncovered at 350º for one hour.
