4 c. heaving whipping cream
1 c. of chicken stock, slightly thickened with cornstarch
1/2 c. Chablis white wine ("cheap" wine will work)
Paul Prodome's Chicken Magic or your favorite Cajun mix, season to taste
2 c. broccoli
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 c. chicken breasts, cubed
1/3 c. julienne carrots
1/4 c. slivered almonds, roasted

Directions:
Directions:
Thicken chicken stock with cornstarch and add cream slowly. Add wine and mix well. Season to taste with Cajun seasoning.
Steam vegetables. Add vegetables to sauce and combine. Add chicken. Serve over noodles. Garnish with almonds.
