1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 whole chicken breasts; boneless and skinless
2 T. flour
5 T. butter
1 1/2 t. currant jelly
1/3 c. Madeira wine
1 c. seedless green grapes

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of chicken breasts. Rub in well. Coat in flour, shaking off excess. Brown on both sides in butter in skillet. Cover and lower heat. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Remove to platter. Keep warm. Melt current jelly. Stir in wine and bring slowly to boil. Add grapes and heat thoroughly. Spoon sauce and grapes over chicken.
