10" graham cracker crust

FILLING:
2 - 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs yolks
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 t. grated Key lime peel
2/3 c. Key lime juice

MERINGUE:
3 egg whites
6 T. sugar
1 t. Key lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
For filling, combine milk, egg yolks, yogurt, lime peel and juice. Stir until smooth. Pour into cooled shell. Sprinkle top of filling with graham cracker crumbs.
For meringue, combine egg whites and lime juice in a bowl. Beat until foamy with an electric mixer. Add sugar 1 T. at a time. Beat at high speed until whites form stiff peaks. Spoon onto filling. Bake, in preheated oven, at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
