CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
dash salt
1/2 c. butter
12 big marshmallows
6 oz. pkg. cherry chips
1 t. vanilla

TOPPING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. crushed salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix butter, brown sugar and flour. Pat into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
For filling, mix sugar, milk, salt, butter and marshmallows in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla; mix well. Pour over baked crust.
For topping, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and peanuts in saucepan. Heat until melted, and mix thoroughly. Spread over cherry layer. Chill until set up.
