6 - 8 c. beef stock
2 c. roast beef, cooked and cubed
1 c. carrots, diced or sliced
1 c. rutabaga, diced (Cut off wax coating. This is important so don't omit it!)
1 c. potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. barley, cooked
Klaezle (dumplings - this recipe is under the miscellaneous category)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except barley to stock pot and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 - 40 minutes. Add barley and Klaezle (dumplings) and simmer 10 minutes or until dumplings are heated through.
