1/4 - 1/3 lb. butter
3 lbs. frozen cauliflower
1/2 gal. milk
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 T. chicken base
salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. jar Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Add water to equal one gallon and bring to a LOW BOIL. Thicken with roux. Add 2 tablespoons of roux at a time and whip until completely dissolved. Add roux until desired thickness. Add Cheese Whiz©. Simmer until completely melted.
