Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
Topping:
2 apples (Braeburn)
1/4c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
dash cloves
dash nutmeg
Mrs. Richardsons Caramel topping
Good quality Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" Springform pan with Pam. Mix crust ingredients. Pour into pan with well floured fingers; press and come up slightly on edges. Mix filling ingredients. Beat until creamy. Pour over crust.Flatten.

Peel apples. Slice thinly (full length of apple).Toss apples with topping ingredients. Arrange apples pinwheel style over filling, slightly over-lapping. Bake at 450º for 25 mins. Cool 10 mins. Loosen pan. Continue cooling. Refrigerate. Serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream and warm caramel topping drizzled over all.
