3 lbs of boneless chicken breast
3 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 lb seedless green grapes
1.5 cups of pecan halves
1 cup diced celery
1 cup fresh chopped dill
1.5 cups sour cream
1.5 cups mayonaise
salt/pepper
greens

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Arrange chicken in a single layer, shallow pan
Bring water to boil, add bouillon cube and dissolve
Pour over chicken until covered
Cover with Aluminum Foil
Bake approx 30min, until chicken is done
Allow to chicken to cool, then discard liquid
Shred into bite size pieces
Add grapes, pecans, celery, chopped dill
Toss well
Separate bowl: mix sour cream and mayonnaise
Toss with chicken mixture
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Serve on a bed of greens
