1 lb. hamburger
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. elbow macaroni
2 c. water
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
chili powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, onion, and minced garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Bring to a boil over medium high heat; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender. To make Mexican Goulash, omit the garlic and chili powder. Add 1 c. frozen corn and 1 pkg. taco seasoning. Top with shredded cheddar!
