4 center-cut bone-in pork chop loins, 1" thick, trimmed of fat.
1/4 tsp salt AND pepper
6 Tbsp packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 medium baking apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, and cranberries. Spoon over pork in cooker. Top with apples. Cover, cook 4 - 5 hours on Low.
