1 ½ pounds ground beef or turkey
3 large green peppers
l large onion chopped
2 cans (14 ½ oz) beef broth, low sodium
2 cans (10 ¾ oz.) condensed tomato soup undiluted
1 can (28 oz). crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
1 ½ cups cooked rice ( fresh tomatoes- optional)

Directions:

Brown beef/turkey, green peppers, onion and drain.
Stir in the broth, soup, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Bring to a boil, cover, simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add rice and heat through.
