2 lbs. carrots (peeled and sliced)
1/2 butter (divided)
6 oz. process American cheese (like Velveeta)
1/4 tsp. dillweed
1/2 cup crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in saucepan and cover with water, bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until tender (10 minutes). Drain; place in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. In a small saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter and cheese, stir often. Stir in dill. Pour over carrots. Toss saltines and remaining butter, sprinkle over carrots. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
