3 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can condensed sweetened milk
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Place all ingredients in large bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM setting, stirring once or twice until all chips are melted. Stir in nuts. Pour in well greased, 8x8" dish. Refrigerate until set.
