4 c. sugar (no one said this was healthy)
1/2 c. real butter
1 c. milk
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
12 ounce pkg quality chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar, butter, and milk on the stove and bring to the soft ball stage on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth. Place in a buttered 9x13 pan and refrigerate.
