Salad Greens washed
Medium Rare cooked Steak sliced thin
Red Onion rings
Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
3 T Balsamic Vinegar
2 T Olive Oil
2 tsp Honey
Dash Garlic Powder
Dash Salt & Pepper

Directions:

In a jar combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Place washed salad greens in individual bowls. Top each bowl with steak slices, 4 red onion rings, tomatoes and feta cheese crumbles. Drizzle dressing from jar onto each salad.

Cooked beets are especially good drizzled with the vinegar, olive oil and honey. I like to add a few beets to the side of each salad.
