Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 recipe "Sweet Roll Dough" (recipe is included in this cookbook)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups thinly sliced, peeled, fresh peaches
¼ cup butter (½ stick), softened
Powdered Sugar Icing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare Sweet Roll Dough as directed. Grease 2 baking sheets; set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl stir together the sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add the peaches and toss to coat; set aside.

3. Punch dough down. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough in half. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll each half of dough into a 12x9-inch rectangle. Transfer each rectangle to a prepared baking sheet. Spread each with 2 tablespoons of the butter (just spread the soft butter with your fingers). Spread half the filling in a 3-inch wide strip down the center of each rectangle to within 1 inch of the ends.

4. On the long sides, make 3-inch cuts from the edges toward the center at 1-inch intervals (clean scissors work real well here). Starting at an end, alternately fold opposite strips of dough, at an angle, across the filling. Slightly press ends together in center to seal. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double (45-60 minutes).

5. Bake in a preheated 350º oven about 25 minutes, or until golden. Remove loaves from oven. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. Serve warm or cool. Place any cooled loaves in an airtight container or bag and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

POWDERED SUGAR ICING:
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Milk

Combine powdered sugar and vanilla in small mixing bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until icing is smooth and easy to drizzle. Drizzle over loaves.
