Greased 9 x 13 pan
Layer in pan in order
2 1/2 cups croutons
2 pounds pork sausage, browned and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Pour eggs, milk and mustard mixture and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, mix can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk and put on top.
Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
