4 tbsp margarine
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 sliced tomatoes
4 tbsp bread crumbs
2 stalks of chopped celery with leaves
2 tbsp flour
1 beaten egg yolk
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp grated swiss or parmesan cheese
1 lb crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º

In a large sauce pan melt margarine, saute celery and green peppers for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle in flour, stir until it disappears.

Return to pan and stir in lemon juice, salt, crab meat.

Pour into greased casserole.

Arrange tomato slices on top, sprinkle with cheese, then top with bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes
