1 lb crab meat
Dab of milk
1 tbsp parsley
1 beaten egg
2 slices of white bread without crusts
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread
Place in a dab of milk (1 tbsp)
Add to crabmeat and remaining ingredients and mix well
Shape into crabcakes, about 1 inch thick and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
Fry lightly in butter until browned.
Drain on paper towels.
