MEATBALLS
2-3 lbs ground chuck
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs

SAUCE:
1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
1 jar water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 can sauerkraut
1 can cranberry sauce (whole berry)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the meatballs.
Mix and shape into balls - bite size for appetizers

Place the meatballs into a lasagna pan and spread evenly.

Mix together ingredients for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.

Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
Can transfer to a Crockpot to take to a party to keep warm etc

I do not like sauerkraut and these are delicious. These are usually a big hit in a crowd and people love trying to guess what the secret ingredient is (sauerkraut).
