2 lbs bulk sausage (one hot and one mild)
9 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp of dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 slices of white bread cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
3 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble sausage. Drain grease and set aside.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.

Pour into greased 13 X 9 X 2 pan.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day, cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
