1 bar (10 oz) Cracker Barrel White Cheddar Cheese
1 small jar of pimentos with juice
Light Mayonnaise
A pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.

Grate cheese in food processor
Add jar of pimentos with juice
Add just enough mayonnaise to make cheese into a spread
Blend in the flood processor with the blending blade
Add salt and pepper to taste as well as a little sugar

This makes delicious sandwiches or a good appetizer if used on crackers or stuffed into 2 inch celery sticks.
