1 small round (or 1 large wedge) of gouda cheese
2 heaping tbsp. Honey Cup mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. Place small round (or wedge) of cheese in a small crock. Spread with mustard; sprinkle brown sugar and top with scallions. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve hot with your favorite wheat or butter crackers.

A delicious appetizer for anytime - however I have always associated it with the fall. My Mom makes this for me as a lunch but it is perfect for an appetizer for Thanksgiving or any occasion!
