2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
2 Green Tomatillos
1/2 Onion (small)
6-7 Jalapeņos
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
several sprigs of Cilantro
1/2 pkg (4 oz) Cream Cheese

Prepare vegetables:
Wash jalapeņos and pop off stems. Remove leaf covering from tomatillos and wash sticky layer off. Cut onion in large chunks. Slice garlic clove.

Warm iron skillet on high. Pour on a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Place tomatillos, jalapeņos, onion chunks, and garlic slices onto skillet. Turn vegetables to get char on all sides.

In a deep sauce pan, warm on high about 2 cups of water with garlic salt, black pepper, and chicken bouillon. Place roasted vegetables in pan and boil until tomatillos and jalapeņos are soft.

Let cool, then pour off liquid. Mix in blender the vegetables, cilantro, sprinkle of garlic salt, and cream cheese.
