1 cooked chicken, deboned and cut in bite size pieces
4-5 pieces of bacon
1 C uncooked rice
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. cumin powder
1 T dried parsley (or fresh)
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 t. dried onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 soup cans of water

Spray baking dish with Pam. Line baking dish (preferably not to shallow, but deeper) with bacon. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place mixture on top of back and do not stir. Bake at 300-325 for about 2 hours in covered dish. Foil works great. Do not peek.
