Ingredients:
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
1 c. rice crisp cereal
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. dried apricots, diced
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. In a medium saucepan, bring corn syrup, honey and oil to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
In large bowl, combine the oats, sunflower seeds, cereal, cranberries, apricots and almonds. Pour syrup over top and stir to coat evenly. Pack into prepared pan, pressing firmly with your hands. Spray your hands with a small amount of Pam to keep them from sticking.
Bake the granola until the edges are browned and just set, about 20 minutes. Don't overcook, the center will still be slightly soft. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
