1 K de calamares bien lavados y vaciados
1 lata gde. de pure de tomate
3 bolsitas de tinta de pulpo disuelto en agua
7 ajos
½ taza de vino tinto
1 cebolla picada

Directions:
Directions:
Se fríe en aceite oliva los ajos. Luego se machacan y se vuelven a freir on la cebolla picada. Ya que está transparente, se agrega el tomate, la tinta del pulpo (disuelta en agua y colada). Se pone a fuego lento y se déjà hervir de preferencia sin agua hasta que los calamares esten bien cocidos. Casi al momento de servirse, se le agrega el vino tinto y se sirve con arroz.
