4 oz chp fresh Spinach
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c shreeded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c cottage cheese
11/4 teas drried minced onion
1 tbls olive oil
1/2 teas basil
1/2 teas savory
1/2 teas pepper
1/4 teas garlic salt
4 eggs
1/2 c evap. milk
1 pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese, onion, oil & seasonings until smooth. Add eggs, milk and spinach. Pour into prebaked pie crust. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
Cool for 10 min.
