Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
(or ground turkey)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup whole kernel corn
½ cup salsa or taco sauce
¼ cup water
1 package corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown beef or turkey and chili powder. Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup, peppers, corn, salsa and water. Heat to boiling.
Reduce to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Pour into a
1 ½ or 2 quart casserole.

Prepare corn muffin mix according to package. Spoon over mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
