Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup oil or 1 stick of butter (melted)
1/4 cup ice water (or refrigerated water)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour and salt with fork.
2. Beat oil melted butter and water with whisk or fork to thicken.
3. Pour flour and mix with fork.
4. Press into 9" pie crust.
5. Fill with quiche, mixture and bake at 400 degrees F until done.
6. You can double the recipe, divide dough in half, and roll out into a pair
of rounds for two-crust pies.
7. This recipe is suitable for baked pie crust shells.
8. It makes a nice, flaky crust that's suitable for everyday use.

Prepare Time: 5 minutes Total Time 50 minutes
Serving:4-6
