1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 full tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup salad oil
Dry mustard (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously. Dry mustard may be added to the above intertwines, if desired.

This dressing lends excitement to plain lettuce salad.
