1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1 BAG (16 OZ) COLESLAW MIX (6 C)
3 MEDIUM BAKING APPLES, CHOPPED (3 C)
1 LARGE RED ONION, SLICED
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1/4 C CIDER VINEGAR OR RED WINE VINEGAR
1/4 C PACKED BROWN SUGAR

REMOVE FAT FROM PORK. SPRINKLE BOTH SIDES OF PORK WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SPRAY 12 IN NONSTICK SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY. HEAT OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. COOK PORK CHOPS IN SKILLET, TURNING ONCE UNTIL BROWN. REMOVE PORK CHOPS FROM SKILLET. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN SKILLET. HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. PLACE PORK CHOPS ON TOP OF COLESLAW MIXTURE, REDUCE HEAT COVER AND SIMMER ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL PORK IS SLIGHTLY PINK WHEN CUT NEAR BONE.
